These are very comfortable, very light running shoes. The sole has great cushioning and offers good grip when walking. The mesh material of the shoe ensures breathability and my feet don't sweat. The biggest hit for them is the lack of grip from the tread to the bottom of the shoe. Wearing these shoes as casual shoes is like slipping on wet, slippery surfaces. If you use it at the gym or home exercise station, everything is fine.
