Review on 💧 Enhanced Water Purification with Berkey Gravity-Fed Filter Purification Elements by Quartreal Eagleman

I bought a 6 gallon Berkey. Filled with tap water the TDS READER said 489ppm aka PPM it reads everything in the water be it good or bad. I checked the tap water after it was filtered through Berkey, it was ABOVE PPM, it showed 579, it's not. even purifying or filtering something out of tap water, i wanted a refund because my berkey water wasn't doing what it said it was, i was sent a message saying "You used a TDS reader that didn't show bad PPM, it shows the minerals in the water,” I replied, "are there minerals in the filter?” The man didn't answer the question, just tried to argue why my water isn't being purified. So I returned it for a refund and guess what, they refunded me half the amount. So be very concerned about this product. My reverse osmosis system filters out all but 50ppm of tap water. Berkey is supposed to filter out most contaminants, good or bad, but has made it worse. I'm just sharing my experience! Not good at all. I wouldn't give him any stars but he wouldn't let me.
