I suffer from venous insufficiency at the young age of 48 after a knee injury associated with a blood clot that the doctors missed after the operation. I've worn compression stockings my entire life now, and contrary to what the "experts" recommended, I've started wearing Truform instead of the $60 brands that were foisted on me. I review them to let others know that these compression stockings work perfectly (excellent indeed) and I have no complaints other than that wearing them for the next 52 years is a bummer. These socks, as well as the closed version, are just as effective as top brands like Jobst & Sigvaris.
