Bright LEDs! I attached 2 each to my daughter's and her friend's scooter handlebars and you could see them all the way! Flashing modes were distracting for the driver but effective in terms of safety and visibility. The silicone loops around the handlebars were elastic for quick installation and positioning, and also provided enough support to keep the lights from spinning too much. The extra batteries that come with it, while not enough to charge all the lights, are definitely welcome. However, it's still too early to tell how long the lights will last.
