Not flexible enough! Difficult to put on

While the color and design are fantastic there is one major downside - the mesh material has absolutely no stretch so it's really difficult for me to get my 7 year old water shoes on and off. I even went up a size and they are still difficult to put on. Once you put them on he says they are comfortable but I'm not a fan.
