I had high hopes for this camera. I have other Geeni products and was keen to add this to my home security. The camera performs excellently, but the picture (in all but ideal lighting conditions) is terrible. I thought it might be an issue with the camera so I wrote to the support team. After rebooting, moving the camera, and other workarounds, I sent the camera back for replacement. guess What. Same problem with camera number two. I've attached a 7 second video from the camera and to be honest a shot from a less expensive Wyze camera with the same features. After several emails from Geeni and their inability to resolve the resolution issue, I decided to return camera number two and just buy another Wyze camera. Hopefully one day they can make a working camera because this one won't.
