This is a well built, strong and durable product. The packaging it came in is also attractive. I could see this going on for a very long time. The company prides itself on warranty and customer service and offers support channels should you need them. Unfortunately this didn't work for my application - I was hand carving small pieces of wood and found it too wide - it was interfering with my view of what was going on under my heel. I'll keep this anyway because it's well done in case I move on to a bigger project where I remove more trees. I'm taking off a star because it was a bit tight at first - I didn't realize how tight until I took it off. but over time it softened. I have a little numbness in the corner of my thumb, but nothing serious. Overall I would buy from this supplier again, they seem committed to ensuring you are happy with their product. I didn't need it this time, but that doesn't mean I won't need it next time.
