Rakuten Intelligence has allowed me to understand my customer base better and also to improve my online marketing efforts. I have also been able to see what my customers are doing on my site as well as within my store. The reporting is great and the tool is easy to use. The only thing I dislike about the tool is that it doesn't integrate with other tools that I use. For now, Rakuten Intelligence is the best tool for me. Rakuten Intelligence is helping me understand my customer's buying habits and what they are looking for on my site. This allows me to make changes to my site to improve the customer experience. It is also helping me to understand my customer's needs and what they are looking for in my products. This helps me create more targeted ads.
