I would give them 6 stars out of 5! I received the goods within a few days. It's so versatile and functional. Only a piece of porcelain broke off the cheese fork. I contacted them and just asked for a replacement fork, that's all. Well the same day I got a response that they are replacing the ENTIRE set, REFUND my purchase price and I don't need to replace the original product. This is the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced and I work in the customer service industry. I have shared this experience with many friends and colleagues.
