I recently bought some networking equipment from the JOOWIN internet store, and I must admit that I was not very happy with the transaction. They were adamant about their disinterest in giving me a refund or a replacement for the flawed goods. Overall, I had a terrible experience with the JOOWIN internet store. In conclusion, I would not advise anyone looking for networking, computer, or electrical products to purchase JOOWIN. Their shipping charges are excessive, their products are of low quality, and their customer support is unresponsive. Their website is also difficult to use. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid the trouble of doing your internet purchasing.
