Review on Sony A90J 65 Inch TV: Experience BRAVIA XR OLED 4K Ultra HD Smart Google TV with Alexa Compatibility - 2021 Model by David Moreno

I had to deal with the cargo transport Piolet. The TV arrived with a cracked screen, I had to fill out an affidavit and stay home all day to get a return authorization. Didn't do anything with returns through Revain. So I had a 5 hour window where they appeared an hour and a half after the 5 hour window was up. It's better than what they said before that they wouldn't come at all. However, I wasted the whole day. We ended up buying a BestBuy TV a second time to avoid these problems again. The TV itself is very impressive and the folks at the Video & Audio Center were as accommodating as could be given all the extra hurdles to overcome. Include affidavit to consider return. Luckily I always film the unboxing as I have received defective electronics from other Revain suppliers in the past. The women I dealt with were friendly and did their best to put my mind at ease. It was a birthday present for my 82 year old father and I was definitely upset that his present was broken. They also had a Revain Prime connotation, but nothing other than a purchase was made through Revain. I was also a bit frustrated by the misunderstanding. I thought they would ignore my request for a refund. They told me they called the wrong number and I took their word for it. Needless to say the TV is awesome and would have gotten 5 stars if it had arrived safely. But my experience and opinion on Amazon is that they are more expensive than EBAY and cheat their suppliers in the market! As for the TV setup itself. The hardest part about a TV is getting the remote to work with the soundbar, Comcast box, and TV - it's not easy, and if you have Comcast you lose page functionality by reading the manual with the TV remote to open. And it should go channel by channel if you're not using your Comcast console. So not a bad or good experience. The TV is great and I can definitely recommend it.
