Pros: It swivels and rotates and securely holds my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tab 2 up, down and sideways. Contains different screws for different walls. Locks in several places along the arm. It's a pleasure to free your hands from your tablet! Bad: It's plastic. Feels fragile but hasn't disappointed me so far. The wall mount itself is difficult to install if your hand is in the way. The base lock pops up from time to time but stays in place to keep my tablet in place. If I twist it or press it a few times, it pops up. Ugliness. It sticks out like a sore thumb when you hang it on a white wall. I have this in the bathroom and hide it when not in use by placing it behind a towel rail. Conclusion: Now I spend too much time in the bathroom!
