Comfortable headphones. The audio is metallic and the connection between the 3.5mm audio jack and USB is unreliable. I bought two of these and my husband and I had to hold them together to send and receive audio. It has instructions showing the correct way to connect them, both of ours agree on the 'correct' connection, but that's still unreliable. Luckily we both have an audio jack on our laptops. But then we can't use the headset controls (volume, answer/end call, mute) because the controls are on the USB cable. We keep them for a week to keep trying, but we can return them.
