Increases energy and testosterone levels
What I liked: D-aspartic acid has many studies showing increases in energy and testosterone levels - I found the capsules easy I haven't had blood work done to check testosterone levels, but I've reduced the amount of prescription testosterone gel I use and I still feel the same about taking DAA. I will continue to take the bottle and see if I can get rid of my prescription testosterone completely as prescription testosterone has many downsides.
