Review on Sullivans 39840 Heirloom Embroidery Scissors by Carol Miller

Very sad about this product. When the package arrived I was excited and couldn't wait to use these beautiful scissors. When I opened the box I found the chain had broken. In fact, it looked like an entire section had been ripped out or was missing. The sticker on the box said it was a new product. Disappointed but hopeful I sent them back and asked for a new pair. Of course Revain's return and replacement policy is fantastic and I received another pair within days. When I opened the package I was pleased to find the beautiful scissors work well, sliding in and out of the case nicely. my heart was happy I put it around my neck and started my sewing project. The chain broke within an hour. The chain wasn't damaged, it just slipped off my neck and I saw the chain had snapped. The company definitely has issues with the quality of the chain they use.
