Review on CallerReady by Michael Gupta

This software integrates with our Google Adwords account very well, allowing me to see all of my ads in one spot which helps when it comes time for billing! There are some bugs here or there but overall this has been good so far!! I would like more customization options as an admin (as opposed to doing things manually).

The ability to have multiple phone numbers per ad group/campaign also could be helpful too since we sometimes will use different people's phones at times for various reasons such as vacation etc.- It allows us track how many calls were made from each person who uses the system- We can now view reports by date / region / number dialed - Helps immensely while trying troubleshoot problems internally.
