There is no word of instruction on the handset. You must come to this product page to learn how to apply it. And what I've read here is to apply a "thick" layer to your face and neck. Well it's not that big of a pipe. In addition, the hole through which the product is squeezed out (it is a transparent jelly) is small. And what does the user do with this seemingly contradictory instruction: leave it on for a minute or two to exfoliate, or 20 minutes to moisturize. I've used it multiple times in different ways because, hey, what else do you do with such deadpan instructions? And I got questionable results. I haven't tried any of their products yet, so I don't know what to think.
