These StitchBow Thread Holders are AMAZING. Anyone who has made coils knows how much time and pain they take. I recently bought ALL 447 skeins of DMC floss in bulk and am attempting to cross stitch again after 17 years of grooming my mother and another year of grooming my mother in law. Bows, but once you "get it" it should be easy unless the strands are heavily twisted. Combine them with the StitchBow binder inserts, they are amazing. Yes, it's expensive (look for bulk purchases) to make ALL the DMC floss, but it's definitely worth it. Oh, and if you buy all the thread in bulk, you should buy the same number of loops (450) (bulk packs) and bulky inner bags. Inserts (two per pack) contain 15 thread sheets each (1 pack of two inserts contains 30 thread sheets). I ordered three 3" D ring binders (Avery). Each contains 10 filled StitchBow binders (150 StitchBows). I'm just trying to recommend quantities for those looking to order filament in bulk. Just gotta say if you have/receive multiple skeins it's so much easier than bobbins. With folder inserts it is amazing.
