I have about 5 merino wool t-shirts and use them mainly when traveling for temperature control, anti-wrinkle and odor factors. I paid between $17 and $75 a piece. The actual fabric of the more expensive shirts is noticeably better, but you're paying a real premium. This shirt fits my body perfectly and is better than the most expensive shirts. (I'm 5ft 7in, 170lbs, size 42, I have fairly large hands). For the money this is the perfect merino shirt for me. The socks look pretty decent too. I don't think they aren't 100% merino, but they seem durable and merino enough to retain the good qualities of merino. They have more of a compression fit. If these shirts were a little cheaper and had prime shipping I would replace all my shirts.
