Falls at ThinkMax Toy Mall Not up to expectations
Though ThinkMax Toy Mall has a respectable assortment of toys and party materials, the quality could use some improvement. Many of the things, in my opinion, were poorly made and not worth the asking price. Additionally, their customer support is lacking, and navigating their website can be challenging. It took days before I got a response when I asked a query about my order, and even then, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and wouldn't recommend this business to others.
