I bought 5 of these. The first is cracked, the second rough around the edges. I thought these were the ones we've bought for our 12 inch iPads in the past. After further research we bought the Sparin brand which is heavier and better made. The packaging is very tight. That's why I bought. I'll read better next time. Maybe it was a bad run or maybe just a cheaper version. I installed these ringtones as we have 4 phones and 6 tablets at home - definitely not human error.
