These are top quality patches. I bought a patch rolling tool for this. I have applied five of these patches from bikes to motorcycles and have had no problems with these patches. Prepare the surface with sandpaper to make it rough (larger than the size of the patch). Remove dirt from this area. Apply rubber glue to the area (larger than the patch). Wait 10-15 minutes for the patch to dry. Peel off the backing of the patch and roll it tightly onto the rubber adhesive covering the hole. If you don't have a patch roll, use the rotating end of a large wrench. I keep rolling in different directions until the transparent film comes off on its own. Inflate carefully (just enough to squeeze the hose slightly) and check for a leak.
