I was looking for a "cleansing" shampoo to replace another salon's discontinued cleansing shampoo. I used it once a week instead of my regular shampoo to get mousse, hairspray and everything else out of my hair. Unfortunately, the Nexxus Clean and Pure didn't even come close to meeting my expectations. Nexxus didn't make my hair sparkling clean. However, it dried my hair very much leaving it coarse and coarse like straw and also felt weighed down. Terrible shampoo.
