I bought this bug gun as a joke gift for my husband. We recently moved to an area that has a HUGE problem with black flies in the summer and we can't seem to deal with the amount of black flies that come into the house. I kill at least half a dozen every day and quadruple that number if the kids are in and out a lot! Using a fly swatter has become one of those chores that everyone around the house is reluctant to do, and I figured this little gadget might at least make it more interesting. It's very easy to use. My 7 year olds were caught within minutes. When it comes to aiming, though, you definitely need to learn! It is best to shoot forward from a short distance when the fly is on a flat surface, e.g. B. a window has landed. We're never lucky if we slant or catch them mid-air. Although that doesn't stop kids from trying. :) For a few bucks it gave us lots of laughs and a few dead flies. Hopefully, with practice, we'll become more proficient and the number of dead bugs will increase. For now, it's just worth the fun! Very happy with this product.
