does the job. in Hair Cutting Sets

I used it twice for my 3 year old. He no longer complains about the hair sticking out of his skin. It allows me to cut it longer and my new sharp scissors help too. I use an elastic band to pull it around my neck a little tighter as it grows, but it's that easy. Will use it for years.
