Handy for storing lots of paper napkins; However, after a few months of use, they fall out almost every time I move from the counter to the dining table. I think it needs rubber grip inside to prevent slipping and falling. The size is great, since you don't refill it as an offer, but the towels constantly slipping out are very annoying. Especially if you have guests over for dinner. Also, the compression mechanism is weak and should be stronger. I'll probably throw it away and buy a new one. I love OXO products but this is a design flaw that can be great but needs radical improvement.
