Review on Enhanced Woodworking Adjustable Carpenter Drill by Jeff Keegan

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Suitable for light work

These clips work but are not perfect. They are not self centering, you have to fiddle with them to set them up properly. The clamping force at the corner itself is not very strong. I wanted to be able to put the pin in the corner while it's glued and they move too much. Additionally, the thickness of the wood is limited to about 3/4 inch, and this is with the rubber completely removed from the clamp to open it to its maximum width. I think it would be better for light items but not so good for drawers or cabinets.

Pros
  • EXTREMELY PRACTICAL: Ideal for small woodwork, making wooden boxes, picture frames, birdhouses, letterboxes, assembling dresser drawers
Cons
  • Some problems
