I really like this new headset. It's great for spending hours working from home on the phone/telemedicine. Neat appearance, light weight, ear pads with good cushioning. I like the volume control in an easy-to-access spot on the chord and the ability to position the mic on the right or left. The only thing that confuses me is the instructions: it mentioned a USB port bracket (it would be really nice to have it as an option in the kit), but it doesn't seem to be in the kit.
