Burned out on the 2nd day of use

Burnt out on the 2nd day of use. Literally worked great the first day. On the second day, only one of the heating tips works. the other does not heat at all. Also, one of the threads is broken and doesn't pull tight at all. Don't even waste your money!

Pros

Reliable heating and wide temperature range. For wood of different density or other types of material (foam, leather, gourd, etc.), you must try to choose a suitable temperature of 250℃~750℃/482℉~1382℉ to get desired burn marks. Rather than applying excessive pressure to the pen, the correct way to control stroke color is to either increase/decrease the temperature of the pyrographic station or slow down/speed up the movement of the pyrographic pen.
