Review on Solid Copper Hammered Preserve Pan by Sam Dhungana

Revainrating 5 out of 5

what pan is in Ice Buckets

Oh my god what a wonderful pan. It arrived and I washed it and then made three batches of my grandfather's tomato jam and it was to die for, non-sticky non-scalding. The OMG came up to temperature quickly and the jam set perfectly. I've been making jams and preserves my whole life, my mom made preserves and my grandparents made preserves so I was there to help and develop my own flavors of jam, jelly and cottage cheese. This pan is a game changer and worth every penny. If you compare this to one of the French made in 15 liters and priced at over $300, this 10 liter is big enough for me. It's finished perfectly and now I have to think about who I'm going to leave it to as it's definitely a new family heirloom. love it
