First, they are difficult to open to put a toothbrush, sometimes you have to take them off to have enough grip Open them. On first use we found that it only fit my children's toothbrush with the lid fully closed, while the adult toothbrush left the lid partially open. As if those 2 things weren't annoying enough. Their suction cups keep coming loose, causing the toothbrush to fall, the lid to pop open and of course the bristles to be exposed to whatever it lands on. In one case it ended up in the trash and we just had to buy a new toothbrush. Yes, the price is cheap, but that's because so is the product.
