Review on Elevate Your Workstation with πŸ’» the Logitech Alto Express Notebook Stand by Justin Woolley

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Ideal for use in bed MacBook Pro

I purchased this product specifically because other reviews online suggested it would work with the 15 inch unibody MacBook Pro. This rating is based on using the Logitech Alto Express laptop stand on my lap. a table similar to the one at this link: HandStands Laptop Lap Desk Mat Pad - Comfortable working with a laptop. I wanted something that would allow me to comfortably use my laptop while lying in bed. Kneeling tables are great, but unless they have an adjustable incline, the ergonomics for prone use are terrible. The Logictech stand allows me to type, move, and watch TV/movies on my laptop comfortably in bed. Appearance - 5 out of 5 - Great one piece construction looks good even though it's all plastic and rubber. Ease of Use - 5 out of 5 - No moving parts meaning they are not adjustable. Rubber strips prevent the stand from sliding and/or scratching treated surfaces. Ergonomics - 5 out of 5 AWESOME! Again, this is great when paired with a bedside coffee table. The user can practically lie on their back and comfortably look or type on the laptop. Value is 5 out of 5 based on a price of $19.99 or less. This stand costs between $19 and $39. If you have no health problems and need to buy this item urgently, please do not buy it for more than $20. It's good and works, but it doesn't cost more than $20 - molded plastic with rubber strips. Versatility - fits three different types of Mac laptops (Pro Aluminum, Unibody and ibook). It can also be used on your knees, but I recommend a table for extra stability. BTW: I bought three upholstered wood tables from Target for about $10 each.
