Easier to use than Kunkin KP184

I'll update this review once I test using the USB port on a computer. I will say when I first got this I thought "horrible menu interface" until I got my Kunkin to compare it to. The ET5410 display is much easier to use. I've used the battery test function extensively on LiFePO4 cells, really all it takes are cables for remote voltage measurement (e.g. Kunkin). I've taken the case off and compared it to other test equipment and it's a very well designed tool, good soldering and build quality, no obvious hot spots and I've run it at 40 amps (albeit at 3.6 volts) for many hours . only 144 watts). It's a solid, well-built product and I have no hesitation in recommending it. I will test the USB interface and software shortly and update this review later. I posted a question here about the keyboard connector and honestly I don't need it, I'm just curious as to why it's not there. The answer is quite simple, in the latest models it was removed because nobody used it. I had no intention of using it either, I was just curious. Nice that Revain offers the latest models and in my experience a very well made and reliable device. If it helps, the latest manuals and software are available from the manufacturer (the Revain vendor in this case): www[dot]easttester-cn[dot]com/et54-series-programmable-electronic-load-product/Edit to add , I've also tested/used it with a nominal 12 volt battery, which ran at a constant 27 amps (about 360 watts) for 10+ hours with no issues. The manufacturer (and seller) was very responsive and helpful. I think they will have a version with remote cables soon, which is basically the only downside I can find with this load (and yes, I have a Kunkin KP184 for comparison). I am very satisfied with the quality and performance of this device and can recommend it.
