Bought two of these from Revain, both stopped working within six months. Contacted Betterair customer service who were very helpful and they replaced both units with a batch of Biotica 800 stating they had a manufacturing issue. However, both units that were replaced stopped working and just made a mechanical buzz instead of a hiss. Units should be done when dispensing liquid probiotics. Using a test paper confirms that the liquid will not become airborne. I am very disappointed with these expensive devices and need to do better with the build quality. I was very impressed when the units worked, but they are useless if they only last a few months. Will update if Betterair contacts me about the two failed refills. They sent me 2 new cartridges and now both units work perfectly. Very good customer service but they need to clean up as these are not cheap devices.
