Review on Panasonic KX TGL432B Dect_6 0 2 Handset Telephone by Latonya Campbell

Overall happy with these phones (Panasonic KX-TGL432B Dect_6.0 2 handset) after a few weeks of use. They are comfortable to hold and work quite well. However, I was disappointed to find that the answering machine didn't have a screen showing how many messages were saved or pending. Although this information is displayed on the phone display, it is not as convenient and difficult to see compared to the display on the answering machine itself. Also, the address book only shows one entry at a time, so you'll have to scroll down until you find the entry you want. However, entries can also be found by pressing the number key for the first letter of the name one or more times, depending on the first letter of the name, and then scrolling to find the specific name you are looking for, I only recently discovered that I have a problem with entries and name changes. Some letters are not "freed" to allow further input or spacing. Very frustrating. Thinking of a cheap keyboard or bad software? Otherwise, the phones turned out to be good replacements for our old wired wall phone. But some improvements in the areas described would make it much more user-friendly. I don't know if the keyboard input error will progress, but if it does I may have to return them. :-( For this reason the rating should be 3 1/2 stars.
