Review on Parblo by Jeff Robeson

As a lifelong learner and lover of all things technological, I am always on the hunt for new places to buy cool stuff online. My most recent encounter with Parblo was disappointing. Their website may be simple and straightforward to use, but they don't have nearly as many products as some other online electronics stores. Also, compared to other web-based retailers, I thought their prices to be somewhat steeper than average. I was let down by the performance of the Parblo graphics tablet I bought. Unfortunately, drawing on the tablet was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The fact that the tablet didn't come with everything I needed was also a pain. Worse worse, Parblo's support team was slow to respond and offered no solutions to the problems I was having. After several tries, I finally reached someone who could answer my questions, but she was unable to solve the problem to my satisfaction. In sum, I was disappointed that Parblo didn't live up to my anticipations. Their website is simple to navigate, however they don't have as many tech products and charge more than competitors. In addition, the assistance I received from the company was sluggish and useless, and the product I bought was of poor quality. To anyone looking for a trustworthy and enjoyable technology retail experience, Parblo is not where I would send them.
