Although the keyboard stand is a bit difficult to get used to, it was worth it. My wrists feel much better on a soft beaded pillow than on the edge of a desk. I started with a mouse pad for home use and then bought another mouse pad and keyboard stand for work and it was great. They don't take up much desk space and are easy to set up. as needed. And they're flexible enough to "tweak" the feel and cushioning a bit. Overall I liked it and would recommend it to anyone who does a lot of computer work and is looking for relief from wrist strain.
