Just Stone let me down after having such high hopes for them; regrettably, they did not live up to my anticipations. As an experienced do-it-yourselfer, I know what I want from products related to home improvement, and JUSTSTONE did not meet my expectations in this regard. Their website was difficult to navigate and was cluttered with a lot of unnecessary information, and the product descriptions were vague. My item did not arrive until much later than expected, and when it did, I discovered to my dismay that the kitchen fittings I had ordered were of low quality and did not fit together correctly. When I asked for assistance from their customer support team, I was given comments that were unhelpful and treated with apathy instead of assistance. In the end, I was forced to get outside help in order to clean up the mess that had been caused by JUSTSTONE. Avoid the trouble and go shopping somewhere else instead.
