These bonnet mounts fit my 2012 Lexus RX 350 perfectly and were so easy to install. I mean very easy to install! In the meantime I think the material needed for the removal (work light - helps to see the clips to be removed with a flathead screwdriver and a work cloth - to protect the paintwork when removing the bottom clips on the old support arms) by removing the old support arms, installing new support arms and installation took 15-20 minutes. Now when I open the hood it lifts slightly and the hood stays up by itself, I don't have to rely on a broomstick or try to hold the hood with one hand which makes adding a wiper much easier. Check fluids, fluid levels, etc.
