I like how it can be customized for various projects or tasks at hand within an organization by creating custom columns as per needs which helps me keep track easily when managing my daily work load (or any task).
Also being able have different colors assigned depending upon certain criteria i find useful too! Nothing much so far has been found lacking here except maybe its price tag perhaps? Would love if they could provide some more customization options such us having one column dedicated just towards tracking progress instead two separate ones; would help immensely especially while working remotely where you cannot always physically see what others are doing/updating etc!!
