The ability to send out emails in bulk at one time without having to go through each individual. We are able to have everyone's email address so we can be sure they receive all communications from our company. Also being able to send them reminders to follow up with their paperwork or submit it sooner than expected. I don't like how you cannot edit your own information after sending out something. It would be nice if there was some way to change what info goes into which person once you've already sent out the communication. This software allows us to communicate quickly and efficiently with our employees by using this system.
