I bought this laptop for my mother as she was in desperate need of a replacement for her broken netbook. I've only been using it for a few days but so far I'm loving it! Working in IT, I knew I had to give her something that would last a while and allow her to play the games she wanted and watch videos with no issues. about this 512) - Decent processor and graphics - Good amount of RAM (I have a 12GB model) - Responsive touchscreen Cons: - Lack of USB 3.0 ports (only one, I had to buy an adapter for it) very long, average about 6-7 hours at 70% brightness in normal use) - Bloated software (reinstall Windows if you can!)
