I was in an accident and sprained my ankle badly. Of the many braces I've tried, this one has given the best support. It is very easy to use - no need to wrap assines around an elastic band; it doesn't pinch or bother my skin - some I've tried had grippy silicone or some material that irritated my skin and I can get it best in shoes. It is easy to wash and dries quickly too. My ankle felt secure as it healed. I definitely recommend this product.
