Switched to OnePlus 6T with Xiaomi Mi5. I am very pleased with the device, because. I knew about all its pluses and minuses in advance. The first thing I liked was the build quality and design. The device in the hand feels expensive, there is no feeling of secondary and cheap Chinese. The screen is also very good. Actually, because of this, I decided to upgrade, because with + - the same size of a smartphone, you get a much larger screen. The area of the front side of the smartphone is used to the maximum, and the waterdrop notch is not annoying, it is also possible to hide it programmatically. Image quality and brightness are not satisfactory. Speed and performance are also great. The Oxygen OS shell obviously speeds up many processes and does not load the system. Oneplus comes pre-installed with only 2 applications that can be safely removed and installed later from the Play Market if necessary. With autonomy, everything is in order. 3700 mAh + AMOLED display + top-end hardware together give good energy efficiency. In addition, you can install a dark theme on your smartphone and in applications that support it. Face unlock works instantly. From the outside it may seem that there is no blocking at all. BUT in the dark, the smartphone does not recognize you. OnePlus has added an option to the settings where, during unlocking, the screen brightness is turned up to the maximum (for a split second) and the smartphone recognizes you - not much pleasant. The fingerprint scanner under the screen for someone, of course, will cause a "WOW" effect, but not for long. It's just convenient when it's in front, especially for drivers. BUT it works slower than conventional scanners. From a technical point of view, the camera is fine, but the built-in camera app is not very good. Fortunately, you can install a camera from Google without any dancing with a tambourine and getting root - this is done in 2 clicks, and everything will be in order. I thought that I would not use the sound mode switch, and it is not needed at all, but, as it turned out, it is a convenient thing. OnePlus 6T can be safely recommended to anyone who wants a top-end smart phone without overpaying for the brand.
