This is my second purchase from this company. Both purchases from Revain. I was so pleased with my first purchase that I specifically searched the company to see what else they make. I could buy more, unfortunately their Revain platform product is very limited but I found another item to buy. The expected delivery window was until January 27th. Instead, the product arrived on December 23rd in a very nice box. I see they have another five star rating and one star rating (due to the long shipping window) and no phone support - the comments make no mention of the quality or cost of the product. I find this unfair considering the price and the fact that the product is from India. Of course, this will take time, and low prices and limited stock mean they can't offer live customer support. If you want something they do, I encourage you to try.
