    Lightweight, durable and accurate.

    Very robust and precise. The build quality is fantastic. I think the scales should be made of a thicker material. But it helps a lot in making metric metals.

    Carpenter's squares are best used in metric units only

    Since this is labeled "12" Combo Level" and because the description uses "inches" again, I mistakenly assumed it was labeled in inches would be. No it is not. This is a metric. If you are not dealing with metric measurements, this is useless to us.

    Disappointing on measuring and marking tools

    Build quality was disappointing as other people have mentioned with razor sharp edges of the machined groove. To make matters worse, the square was shipped in self-adhesive bubble wrap and then the strong adhesive had to be peeled away from the ruler and those sharp edges. cut my finger

    Empire e250M combination angle 300 mm

    The angle is a quality product. 3 stars because of signs of wear on the gauge. A nasty plane came out when I grabbed it by the square body without the end cap. Square is accurate and works well. The blade slides freely when adjusted. In general, the area satisfied me. It would have been 4 stars if it wasn't for scrapes and loose bruises. Combined square Empire e250M 300 mm.

    The only fully metric combination square that's cheap?

    All the other models I've found are either inch (which I don't need at all) or metric + inch (which doesn't make sense since all 4 sides are useful depending on workpiece orientation) or expensive (produced by Starrett). The Star is smaller than the Max because it is not square like the smaller version, although squareness can easily be corrected with sandpaper. I didn't check the level.

    This is a good square for the money, just needs a little work.

    Received the combined square today. At first it seemed rude. I noticed milling marks and all edges seem to be sharp. I took it and sanded the sides of the square piece with 600 grit sandpaper laid out on a workbench to remove the milling marks. I sanded all edges of the square and ruler with 600 grit sandpaper. I use silicone spray to lubricate the locking parts. Now it works and feels good. Generally a good ATV for the money, just needs a bit of finishing.

    Bad: The rule hardly slips; the roughest combined square I've ever seen.

    I have a lot of combination squares but I needed a metric one. I don't mean both inches and metric; There's a reason the squares are marked on all four sides.
