Review on πŸ’ˆ Ultimate Hair Clipper and Beard Trimmer Set: Andis 24075 Professional PivotPro and SpeedMaster PivotMotor in Sleek Black by Lori Brock

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I used to have Andis, he was great. Unfortunately

Bought this kit after my Walh Peanut fell off the shelf. Actually it's not the first time it happened, maybe 10-12 times he fell lol. I needed a new trimmer anyway but didn't want to spend $70 on a T-bar and wanted to try something other than the Walh peanut I've always used. I've had older Walhs and Peanuts for at least 5-6 years with no complaints other than the clippers getting too hot. I'm not a professional barber or anything, but I've been cutting my hair, my brothers and my son for 18 years. I used to have Andis, he was great. Unfortunately, this hair clipper and trimmer sucks. They don't cut. Not strong enough for the average home hairdresser. I suppose for the price they will be ok, but not even close. I suppose clippers would suck but the trimmer should have been better. I get better results with my $12 beard trimmer. I'm not sure if I got a defective one or not. If money is tight and you only need decent clippers for cutting these are fine, if you plan on fades and more complex cuts save your money and buy an Andis T-Outliner. Or get the Walh Senior and peanut trimmer combo that I've been using for years with no problems. In general, save money and buy better when money is tight.

Pros
  • Like all others so far
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
