I had some issues with the hose not fitting my faucet. It worked for me in the end, but I understand why people get upset when it doesn't work. If your faucet has a standard ¾ inch male thread (like a garden faucet), read on. I bought it for the sink in my laundry room - for cleaning mop buckets and for washing my small dog after it got dirty. , it didn't fit because my sink has the same nozzle size as a garden hose - ¾ inch. It didn't come with an adapter so I was tempted to deduct a star. The supplier recommended Ace Hardware for the adapter (for your money of course) so I took the hose with me instead of contacting them, but after half an hour looking for the adapter with a colleague we gave up. Then I realized DOH! I could just buy a 4ft white hose with a green plastic garden shower head on the outside - and it works great! Also, it was cheaper - $8 for the hose, $8 for the shower head = $16. Luckily the SmarterFresh hose dispenser fits in my basement sink so I now have hose dispensers on both without having to ship it back. However, you must have an adapter for a standard 3/4" faucet end or provide the hose fitting dimensions per Revain specifications.
