Review on πŸ“Ί WALI Universal TV Stand Table Top for LCD Flat Screen TVs, 22-65 inch, VESA 800x400mm by Mark Howard

Great stand if you get your expectations right and do your research

Replaces the large plastic oval stand that came with my Panasonic P50G10 and has 400mm x 300mm VESA mounting holes. Raises the TV about 7 inches when the TV is adjusted to its maximum height, which is what I was looking for: it opens up plenty of space under the TV for speakers, books, knick-knacks, and improves the viewing angle from my bed. I won't lie, it's a bit scary being 75 pounds on skinny legs, especially when it's a bit heavy up front like that plasma screen. If you press on the tv the stand will flex (although I'm not afraid it will bend forever) and if you press enough it will fall off (much easier than an OEM stand). Because I set it up, I wouldn't have kids around. However, LCD or OLED will likely work. Installation was easy; I used shorter standoffs because the TV mounting holes go into the case for some reason. Cable covers that cover the legs don't leave much room for cables. The thick power cable on this TV really didn't quite fit, and the thinner HDMI cable did little. All in all, highly recommended, especially for the price. Before I found this I was going to either get a TV stand or some books to elevate the TV; it was much cheaper. Just measure the mounting holes before you buy.

Pros
  • TV ceiling and wall mounts
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
