Better than the previous one I have used and bought 3 pieces. Why 3? Because i dropped it and broke the corners yes 3 times so does it protect the phone? I'd say yes, because replacing a case that costs less than $10 is way better than fixing or replacing an $800 phone. I call it cheap insurance. And this one is better protected, the corners that hold it sticking out on the sides, except for the button area. If I drop this one and break it, I'll buy another one and another one and.
